Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years government/legal sector experience required
- Valid Illinois driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass Tier 1 background investigation
- Proficiency in municipal case management software (e.g., Odyssey, Clio)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as operational needs dictate
