Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to improve county operations
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Manage stakeholder engagement for major county projects
- Develop comprehensive reports for county commissioners and leadership
- Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and grant requirements
- Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Support emergency preparedness and disaster response coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government/non-profit experience
- Expertise in policy analysis and strategic planning
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong project management with PMP/CAPM certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of Texas municipal governance frameworks
