Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in emergency management or public safety
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in GIS mapping and data visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends for emergencies
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) preferred
