Responsibilities
- Develop and implement state-level policies affecting Charlotte metropolitan area
- Coordinate with local government agencies and community stakeholders
- Analyze public service data to inform decision-making
- Manage grant programs supporting regional development initiatives
- Respond to constituent inquiries with timely, accurate information
- Prepare detailed reports for state legislative review
- Oversee compliance with state regulations in assigned programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government or public sector experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
- Experience with grant management preferred
