Responsibilities
- Manage official city records, minutes, and legislative documentation with precision
- Oversee public records requests, FOIA compliance, and document retention protocols
- Coordinate municipal elections, voter registration, and ballot administration
- Prepare and certify official city ordinances, resolutions, and contracts
- Serve as liaison between city departments and governing bodies
- Maintain municipal code updates and ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years municipal government or public sector experience
- Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) or NC Municipal Clerk certification preferred

- Deep knowledge of North Carolina municipal statutes and election laws
