Responsibilities
- Process DMV transactions including license renewals, title transfers, and registration updates
- Provide accurate information on state regulations, fees, and documentation requirements

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience, preferably in government/DMV setting
- Strong knowledge of Texas vehicle registration and licensing procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and DMV software systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex regulations clearly
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
