Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to state employees and the general public via phone and in-person inquiries.
- Assist in the processing and verification of administrative applications and documents.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- File, organize, and retrieve documents according to established government protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and workflow.
- Monitor and update office supply inventory as needed.
- Prepare correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications

- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
