Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits for federal projects and agencies to ensure adherence to strict guidelines.
- Prepare and submit detailed, regulatory reports to oversight bodies and federal agencies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to implement and maintain federal policy compliance.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in federal documentation, records, and financial reports.
- Assist in the development and execution of risk management strategies for federal contracts.
- Stay updated on changes in federal legislation and regulatory frameworks to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Provide expert guidance and training to junior staff on federal procedures and requirements.
Qualifications
- Active Public Trust clearance or willingness to obtain one immediately.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, Law, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of drafting professional documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
