Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of federal grant proposals and contract bids.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all compliance and regulatory documentation.
- Communicate effectively with federal agency personnel, stakeholders, and team members.
- Conduct research on federal policy updates, industry trends, and legislative changes.
- Support the administration of daily office operations for active federal contracts.
- Coordinate logistics for inter-agency meetings and official government briefings.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet strict OPM and agency quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Strong understanding of OPM (Office of Personnel Management) guidelines and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal grant management software.
