Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to federal department heads and program managers.
- Manage sensitive documentation and ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and privacy laws.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Process timecards and ensure accurate weekly pay distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational workflows.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a government security clearance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or federal support role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
