Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting federal operations during our night shift rotation. You will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of services for government clients while maintaining high standards of accuracy and security.
Responsibilities
- Support Federal Operations: Assist in the execution of daily tasks for federal agency projects during night shifts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, process data entries, and ensure database integrity.
- Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to federal security protocols, confidentiality agreements, and agency regulations.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and report status updates.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of work products to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal government requirements.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (evenings/overnights).
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in government, customer service, or data entry is a plus.
