Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming federal inquiries and requests during night shift operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in federal databases and case management systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and agency protocols at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal personnel and constituents via phone and email.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Perform data entry tasks with high speed and precision to meet daily quotas.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, data entry, or customer service.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (5 PM to 3 AM or 3 PM to 1 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
