Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end federal project lifecycles, from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to the Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Ensure strict compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Agency-specific regulations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to federal stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing federal government contracts or similar high-stakes projects.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Jira).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory documents.
