Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for government clients.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to maintain system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to drive project success.
- Document system architecture and provide technical guidance to junior staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
