Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming government documents and inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Assist constituents with permit applications, license renewals, and general information requests.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in the departmental database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational workflows.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new government procedures and technologies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or have permanent resident status eligible for government employment.
