Job Overview:
The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, managing public records, and supporting administrative operations for government agencies. This is a high-impact role requiring attention to detail and a commitment to public service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming applications and public inquiries for Federal and State agencies.
- Ensure strict adherence to government protocols, compliance standards, and privacy regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate case files, reports, and documentation for internal review.
- Conduct public outreach and community engagement to inform citizens about available government services.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency meetings and policy briefings.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly.
- Perform background checks and security clearances for sensitive positions.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Government Security Clearance.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in administrative support, public policy, or a related government field.
- Associate’s degree (AA) or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma with relevant experience considered.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government-specific software (e.g., ERMS, CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation.
- Valid Driver’s License is required for some positions.
