Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official government records and documents with strict adherence to confidentiality standards.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of public policies and regulatory compliance programs.
- Coordinate with community stakeholders, agencies, and local officials to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, briefings, and recommendations to senior management and legislative bodies.
- Process applications, permits, and licenses efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support informed decision-making processes.
- Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in government operations, administrative support, or public service.
- Strong knowledge of state and local government procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with case management or database software.
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Clean criminal background check and valid driver’s license are required for this position.
