Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Assist in processing applications, filing documents, and maintaining organized records for government programs.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for the public, answering inquiries regarding eligibility and program requirements.
- Compliance & Research: Conduct research to ensure all government regulations and policies are strictly followed in daily operations.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain sensitive data in secure government databases.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare materials for internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship: Must be a United States citizen to be eligible for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or customer service.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
- Reliability: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
