Responsibilities
- Monitor federal systems and networks during night operations to ensure continuity of service.
- Review and process incoming communications, reports, and documentation according to strict federal protocols.
- Maintain strict adherence to security clearance procedures and compliance standards.
- Perform data entry, record-keeping, and administrative tasks with high accuracy.
- Respond to emergency alerts and coordinate with on-call supervisors as needed.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold (or be eligible to obtain) a required government security clearance.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
