Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT consulting, preferably within the Federal or State government sector.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements (e.g., FAR, FISMA).
- Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
