- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize system performance.

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including data privacy and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT analysis, systems architecture, or software development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid California driver’s license (if applicable for travel).
