Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration, security, and performance of complex server environments and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Enforce strict government security protocols, ensuring compliance with FISMA and state data privacy regulations.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups to ensure business continuity for government services.
- Collaborate with federal and local agencies to integrate data systems and streamline inter-agency communication.
- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal stakeholders and legacy systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management within a government, military, or large enterprise setting.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly preferred.
- Deep knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Must be eligible to pass a federal and state-level background investigation and security clearance process.
