Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify business requirements and technical needs.
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions in accordance with government standards.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including flowcharts, data models, and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users regarding new systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Systems Analysis or IT support.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Java, or C# programming languages.
- Experience with requirements gathering, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a State background check and security clearance.
