Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages safely and efficiently along assigned urban routes
- Sort and organize mail in preparation for daily delivery operations
- Operate delivery vehicles following all USPS safety protocols and traffic laws
- Provide exceptional customer service during residential and commercial deliveries
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report service issues promptly
- Work in all weather conditions while maintaining professional appearance
- Collaborate with postal staff to optimize delivery efficiency
Qualifications
- Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident with valid Green Card
- Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and walk 5-8 hours daily
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to assigned facility
