Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Operations: Oversee the daily administration of government facilities and offices during Saturday and Sunday shifts to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information regarding government services, agency procedures, and office hours.
- Document Management: Process, verify, and file confidential documents, reports, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy and adherence to state regulations.
- Communication: Coordinate with full-time staff and external vendors to resolve issues, schedule maintenance, or relay important information.
- Security & Compliance: Monitor access points, enforce safety protocols, and ensure all regulatory compliance standards are met during weekend hours.
- Data Entry: Update internal databases and digital records with current visitor and employee data.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a standard background check.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a government or corporate office setting is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, office management, or customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with government filing systems.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
