Responsibilities
- Sort, organize, and deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and adhere to USPS regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer service interactions
- Manage delivery route efficiently to meet service standards
- Assist with mail processing and sorting facility operations
- Report delivery issues and customer feedback to supervisors
- Operate handheld scanning devices for tracking deliveries
Qualifications
- Must be U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Valid state driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for digital tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and route navigation skills
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
