Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along assigned routes using USPS-provided vehicles
- Sort and organize mail efficiently at distribution facilities
- Operate delivery scanners and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions
- Safely operate USPS vehicles in all weather conditions
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Adhere to all USPS safety regulations and procedures
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions year-round
- Basic computer literacy for scanning equipment
- Reliable transportation to reporting locations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
