Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels to residential and commercial addresses
- Sort and organize mail efficiently at the post office
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Provide excellent customer service at delivery points
- Complete delivery records and report delivery exceptions
- Follow USPS safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with mail collection from collection boxes
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to walk 5-8 hours daily and lift up to 35 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
