Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect mail along an assigned route on foot and/or vehicle
- Sort and organize mail efficiently for timely delivery
- Operate postal vehicles following safety protocols
- Process customer transactions at retail counters
- Maintain accurate delivery records and reports
- Operate scanning devices for package tracking
- Adhere to USPS security and privacy policies
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong customer service orientation
- High school diploma or equivalent
