Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail and packages in an efficient and timely manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers on the route.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and postal policies.
- Handle mail with care to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
- Adjust route plans during inclement weather or emergencies.
- Collect and process postage due payments from customers.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have permanent resident status.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good oral communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
