Responsibilities
- Sort and organize mail and packages efficiently before delivery.
- Deliver mail along a prescribed route in all weather conditions.
- Interact professionally with customers and handle packages with care.
- Operate a vehicle (car or van) to transport mail safely.
- Follow strict safety protocols to ensure the security of mail and the safety of the public.
- Update tracking information and manage delivery schedules accurately.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required by the schedule.
- Excellent customer service and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
