Responsibilities
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Deliver mail to customers in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
- Operate a USPS vehicle or walk assigned routes while maintaining high safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and postal regulations.
- Maintain a neat and uniform appearance while on duty.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or national.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects repeatedly.
- Physical stamina to walk or stand for long periods of time.
