Responsibilities
- Sort and deliver mail/packages to residential/business addresses within assigned route
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Collect outgoing mail and process postage payments
- Report undeliverable items and maintain delivery records
- Operate scanning equipment for tracking purposes
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
- Assist with mail processing duties at the distribution center
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and walk 5+ hours daily
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for early morning shifts (4-8 AM start)
- High school diploma or equivalent
