Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and business addresses along designated routes
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail for efficient daily delivery
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with the public
- Adhere to USPS policies regarding security and confidentiality
- Assist with mail processing duties at the distribution facility as needed
- Perform route adjustments and special deliveries during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
