Responsibilities
- Manage veteran healthcare enrollment and benefit coordination
- Conduct eligibility assessments for VA programs
- Develop and implement care plans for complex veteran cases
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain compliance with federal VA regulations and policies
- Provide crisis intervention and support services
- Analyze veteran needs data to improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in veteran services or healthcare administration
- Federal security clearance eligibility
- Knowledge of VA benefits systems (VBA, VHA)
- Strong case management and documentation skills
- Certification in Veterans Services preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced federal environment
- Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Cerner)
