Responsibilities
- Process and adjudicate veterans' benefit claims with 99% accuracy
- Conduct eligibility assessments for healthcare and compensation programs
- Coordinate with medical facilities and legal teams for complex cases
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Provide exceptional service to veterans and their families
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve benefit discrepancies
- Generate monthly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of federal or government experience preferred
- VA claims processing or veterans' services certification
- Proficiency in VA systems (VBMS, VBA) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs (GI Bill, VHA, VBA)
