Responsibilities
- Coordinate veteran healthcare access through telehealth systems and in-person appointments
- Implement VA healthcare policies and quality improvement initiatives across Florida facilities
- Analyze veteran healthcare data to optimize service delivery and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with federal, state, and community healthcare partners
- Manage veteran medical records and ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance
- Lead veteran outreach programs and health education initiatives
- Prepare federal compliance reports and budgetary documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years federal healthcare or public sector experience
- Active VA or federal security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in VA healthcare systems (VistA, CPRS) and EHR platforms
- Knowledge of federal healthcare regulations (VA, HIPAA, CMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written communication for federal reporting
- US citizenship required
