Responsibilities
- Process veterans' benefit applications and claims with 99% accuracy
- Provide in-person and virtual assistance to veterans and their families
- Collaborate with medical teams to coordinate healthcare benefits
- Maintain detailed case documentation in federal systems
- Participate in weekend outreach events at community locations
- Train on new VA policies and procedural updates
- Support emergency benefit processing during weekend hours
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and federal databases
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling
- Veterans' service experience strongly preferred
- Spanish bilingual certification required
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
