Responsibilities
- Manage weekend public counter services and citizen inquiries
- Process permits, licenses, and official documents with precision
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and record management
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend hours
- Maintain confidential databases and compliance documentation
- Facilitate public meetings and community outreach events
- Assist with weekend facility security and access protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years government administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and records management systems
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Spanish bilingual preferred
