Responsibilities
- Process critical public safety documentation and permits during weekend shifts
- Manage digital records and database systems with strict confidentiality protocols
- Coordinate weekend shift logistics for field operations and emergency response
- Respond to public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person during weekend hours
- Prepare weekend shift reports and operational summaries for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with Texas state administrative regulations
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on weekend special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years administrative experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state database systems
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background clearance
- Spanish fluency highly desirable
