Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years regulatory inspection or compliance experience
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Strong conflict resolution skills for regulatory enforcement
- Proficiency in mobile inspection technology and databases
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Kansas City residency required within 6 months of hire
