Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility protocols during weekend shifts
- Conduct security rounds and headcounts to maintain institutional safety
- Respond to medical emergencies and behavioral incidents per state protocols
- Document incidents and maintain accurate shift logs in digital systems
- Coordinate with medical and mental health staff for inmate care
- Operate security equipment including CCTV and control room systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
