Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility regulations during weekend shifts

- Provide rehabilitative support and guidance to incarcerated individuals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Valid Colorado Peace Officer certification or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and psychological evaluation
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Physical fitness to meet job requirements (including lifting 50+ lbs)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
