Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and maintain security protocols during weekend shifts
- Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with state correctional standards
- Respond to incidents and emergencies following established procedures
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with law enforcement and medical personnel during emergencies
- Enforce institutional rules and conduct inmate searches as required

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Indiana Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical fitness to meet correctional facility requirements
