Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and maintain facility security during weekend shifts
- Conduct regular patrols and headcounts to ensure compliance
- Respond to incidents and emergencies with de-escalation techniques
- Document all incidents and maintain accurate records
- Screen visitors and incoming mail/packages
- Participate in emergency response training drills
- Collaborate with law enforcement and medical teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and physical fitness test
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays consistently
