- Process Medicaid and SNAP eligibility applications with 95% accuracy
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews to verify applicant documentation
- Maintain secure case files in state-certified databases
- Provide responsive customer service via phone and email channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex cases
- Complete mandatory quarterly training on policy updates
- Generate monthly performance reports for supervisor review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in customer service or social services
