Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist federal personnel with daily administrative tasks, document processing, and data entry during weekend operations.
- Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to federal security protocols, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Facility Management: Monitor and maintain the security and cleanliness of assigned government facilities during off-hours.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for weekend inquiries, relaying information accurately to on-site supervisors.
- Inventory Control: Manage and log inventory of equipment and supplies required for weekend activities.
- Reporting: Compile and submit weekly activity reports detailing tasks performed and issues encountered.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- Experience: Previous experience in government contracting, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
