Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce municipal regulations during weekend operations
- Conduct field inspections of commercial and residential properties
- Process permits and licenses with weekend-specific turnaround requirements
- Document compliance violations using digital reporting systems
- Collaborate with emergency response teams for weekend incident coordination
- Prepare weekly compliance summaries for senior leadership
- Train weekend staff on regulatory updates and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years regulatory compliance experience
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Proficiency in municipal software (e.g., Accela, Laserfiche)
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in field environments
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
