- Coordinate emergency response protocols and escalate critical incidents to on-call officials
- Process weekend permits, licenses, and municipal service requests with precision
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation of weekend operations
- Collaborate with weekday staff for seamless service continuity and handovers
- Conduct weekend facility inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support community outreach events scheduled on weekends
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Public Administration preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in government or public sector operations
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in municipal software systems (CRM, permit databases)
- Exceptional crisis management and de-escalation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weekend operational demands
- Must pass background check and drug screening
