Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and security of government facilities during weekend shifts.
- Monitor access control systems and conduct routine facility inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Respond to emergency inquiries and direct personnel or visitors to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs of daily activities, incidents, and facility status.
- Assist with administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and record management.
- Enforce all federal, state, and local regulations and agency policies strictly.
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; an Associate's degree in Public Administration is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotational basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex protocols.
- Previous experience in government, public administration, or facilities management is highly desired.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and security clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
